Answers to the most common questions about shipping, tracking, rates and support at Cargo Bridge International.

General

We provide a full range of logistics services including air freight, ocean freight (FCL & LCL), road freight, warehousing, supply chain management, customs clearance and professional packaging. Whether you are shipping a single parcel or managing a global supply chain, we have a solution tailored to your needs.
We operate in over 150 countries across six continents through our global network of partner hubs, customs agents and last-mile carriers. If your destination is not listed on our website, contact us — we can usually arrange delivery through our extended partner network.
We have been operating for over 20 years, starting as a local freight forwarder and growing into a global logistics operator serving some of the world's largest companies.
Yes. We ship everything from individual parcels for personal use to full container loads for commercial clients. Every shipment receives the same level of care and tracking.

Tracking

Every shipment we create gets a unique tracking number starting with "GF" followed by the date and a unique code. Enter this number on our Track & Trace page to see real-time status updates, current location and estimated delivery date.
Yes. When your shipment is created, you (as the receiver) receive an email notification with your tracking number and a direct tracking link. You will also receive automatic email updates whenever the shipment status changes — for example, when it moves into transit, arrives at a hub, or is out for delivery.
Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to become active after a shipment is booked, especially for international shipments. If your number still does not work after 24 hours, double-check that you have entered it exactly as shown in your email. If it still fails, contact our support team with your tracking number and we will investigate.
Yes. Our Track & Trace page accepts up to 25 tracking numbers at once. Simply enter each number on a new line and submit — you will see the status of every shipment on a single page.
Our operations team updates tracking status at every major milestone — pickup, departure, transit hub arrival, customs clearance, out for delivery and final delivery. Depending on the route, updates typically appear within 1 to 4 hours of the milestone being reached.

Rates & Payment

Rates depend on several factors: the weight and dimensions of your shipment, the origin and destination countries, the service type (standard, express, overnight), and any special handling requirements such as temperature control or fragile-item packaging. We provide transparent, line-item quotes so you always know exactly what you are paying for.
Contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp with details of your shipment — origin, destination, weight, dimensions and contents. We typically respond with a transparent quote within 2 business hours.
No. Every quote we provide breaks down the charges by line item: freight, handling, customs clearance, fuel surcharge and any other applicable fees. What you see in the quote is what you pay — no surprises.
We accept bank transfers, major credit and debit cards, and corporate invoicing for approved business accounts. Payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking.
Yes. We offer volume-based discounts for clients who ship regularly. Contact our team to discuss a tailored pricing agreement for your business.

Shipping

Delivery time depends on the service and route. Air freight typically takes 1–5 business days for international shipments. Ocean freight takes 15–45 days depending on the route. Road freight varies from same-day to 5 days for cross-border shipments. Your estimated delivery date is included in the tracking page once the shipment is booked.
Prohibited items include illegal drugs, unlicensed weapons, live animals (except with special permits), counterfeit goods, hazardous materials not declared for shipping, and any items prohibited by the origin or destination country's customs regulations. If you are unsure about a specific item, contact us before booking.
Yes. We offer specialist packaging for fragile items, including custom wooden crates, shock-absorbing inserts and moisture barriers. High-value shipments can be covered by additional insurance — ask us for details when requesting your quote.
Yes. Our in-house customs team handles all import and export documentation, duty calculations and regulatory compliance for every shipment we move. You do not need to interact with customs directly.
If a delay occurs, our team proactively notifies you and the receiver by email. We investigate the cause — weather, customs hold, carrier issues — and provide an updated estimated delivery time as soon as possible.

Support

You can reach us by phone, email, WhatsApp or through our contact page. Our standard support hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We also maintain a 24/7 emergency line for urgent shipment issues.
Yes. Every client who ships regularly with us is assigned a dedicated account manager who knows your business, your typical routes and your preferences. This means faster quotes, fewer forms and a single point of contact for all your logistics needs.
Contact us immediately with your tracking number and details of the issue. Our claims team will open an investigation within 24 hours. If you purchased shipping insurance, the claims process is expedited. We take full responsibility for shipments under our care.
In most cases, yes — as long as the shipment has not yet reached the destination country. Contact us as soon as possible with the new address and we will update the shipment. A rerouting fee may apply depending on the stage of transit.
